S.O.P.E.

The purpose of this course is to create a safe, positive and fitness focused environment for students to physically and emotionally succeed in. This is facilitated through a mentor-peer relationship that allows students to work alongside each other in a variety of fitness activities. We believe that health and fitness are an integral part of the total education process, providing movement-centered and knowledge-based activities that focus on the intellectual, social, emotional and physical needs of all students.
