THIS IS THE ONE CLASS EVERY STUDENT SHOULD TAKE!
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the basic knowledge required to make some of life’s most important financial decisions such as finding a job, money management, apartment and house hunting, buying a car, budgeting, protecting yourself as a consumer, wise use of credit, and gaining insight into the world of investing and banking. This course will inform students of their financial responsibilities as citizens, students, family members, consumers, and active participants in the business world.
* This course can also meet math graduation requirements if students have already earned one credit in Algebra I and one credit in Geometry, and their High School and Beyond Plan indicates future career goals in these specific subject areas.
