  • June 16 - Last Day of School - Half Day Schedule

 

Health Room News

If your child currently has medications at school. Please pick up your child’s medications in the health room on or before June 16th at dismissal time. Note that the last day of school is a half-day . All unclaimed medications will be discarded unless prior arrangements have been made with the school nurse. We are unable to store these medications over the summer when school is not in session. 


**Emergency medications may not be picked up any earlier than the last day of school.

Important Upcoming Senior Dates

  • June 12th 2nd mandatory graduation rehearsal at St. Martin’s University in Lacey at 10am. (Wear Cap, Gown, Stole, and Tassel for picture!)
  • June 12th Graduation!! At 7pm
  • June 15th and 16th Diploma Pick Up - If you have met all your requirements, you can pick up your diploma between 10am and 2pm.

Library News

At the end of the school year, there are always reminders to turn in what's been borrowed.  But it's also time to Take 5!  CHS students are encouraged to check out five books to take home with an end-of-summer due date.  There's no better time to unwind with a book than summer mornings, afternoons, and evenings.  And don't forget your Timberland Regional Public Library branch in West Olympia, right next to the Vans store in the mall!  Read on, Cougars!!!

 

IB News

Score release day is Monday, July 6th.  

  • Students have login information saved three ways: an email (subject line "IB Login Info"), a photo, and a hard copy on red paper.
  • Have a great summer!  Diploma candidates -- remember that you should be working on the Extended Essays over the summer -- 2500 words are due to supervisors on Friday, September 4th.

Seniors - your diploma will be available for pickup at CHS!

 

Please pick up your diploma at the Registrar’s Window located in the main foyer at the front of the school.
