PILOT Survey Update
- Scott shared that 59 teachers have taken the survey to date. Surveys need
to be completed by tomorrow. He asked department representatives to spread
the word and support people who need help.

Tech Status Survey
- Michelle shared the intension behind the teal forms that were placed in
our mailboxes last week.
- She has numerous forms but encourages those who have not completed one to
get one to her.
- She will be gathering the information and will bring to the committee next
week.

Building Level Concerns
- Erica shared with her experience with the district help desk system.
- Do people know it is available?
- It's easy to use.
- The only problem was she was not contacted when a particular problem
related to her DVD player on her laptop
- Suggestion was to have an automated response. If the problem
- Joe explained the help desk system.
- All email goes directly downtown and then the job ticket is issued the
most logical technician.
- Michelle asked that Joe email staff about the help desk process so everyone
is up-to-date on this process for tech support.
- Dave said that help desk said they could not support him with some concerns.
- Many shared concerns about this.
- Scott shared frustration with not being able to use Remot Desktop consistently
on all computers in the F1 and F2 labs.
- Joe said he would look into this
- Mike shared that too much change has caused much frustration with students and staff. Tier one and two teachers are losing confidence in the system.
- Kristi asked what the student logon plan will be throughout the building,
now and in the future. She said students voice concerns daily about their
ability to logon with their account information in other parts of the building
but that they need to use the student - student account in the Library.
- No answer was available as to when this will be resolved
- Joe did explain the process of going back the student student account
logon process as a back up plan incase students cannot logon their accounts
- Kristi shared that the new software for tracking textbooks is coming for next Fall
- Michelle shared about her meetings at the district level and the frustration
with lack of direction and movement.
- Many shared that there seems to be no plan for next year to address the
big concerns and mishaps that happened this year.
- Liz shared the the her document camera is a great asset to her class.
- Ryan shared his use of an AB switch to avoid lag from the Elmo document
camera to the projector was a great success.
